Wonderful, friendly staff who always went went out of their way to help. Fantastic breakfast selection and to eat and watch the morning market in action was very entertaining and educational. The shower had great pressure, and everything was spotlessly clean. Firm but comfortable bed and free water each day. Highly recommend.

Great location, quiet but near everything. Big bed(s) and bathroom. Decent space for a shower for once! They helped us when we forgot a couple bits from the room the same day. Only criticisms would be, the limited of toilet paper and lack of hand towels. Safe doesn't seem to work but you can lock stuff in a cabinet in the room.

The staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, consistent. Decor of old timber throughout was nice. Location between night street market, and river was very good. Morning market directly outside was very interesting, but not noisy. Supplied breakfast options were very good, and delivered with a smile! Water was always available & supplied, as well as coffee sachets.

The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. The room was a good size. Beds are firm. Food was good. located right next to morning market and 50m to night market. About 5min walk to riverside restaurants which are fabulous at sunset. Luang Prabang is a delightful town with friendly people. We loved it.
