Отель La Casa - Thakhek, Такек, Лаос

Great place to stay, I spent one night here before the Thakhek loop and one night at the end. Beds were clean and comfortable. I had food poisoning and was very happy to have a place where I could rest properly. The owner (a French lady) was very helpful and understanding, giving me recommendations on where to get plain food. She is also very helpful in giving advice on scooter rental for the loop, and arranging transfers to other cities (in my case across the border to Thailand). There was also a nice balcony area to chill in on the top floor.

The staff is extremely friendly. All places have nice vibes. There was a small problem about my room but the owner solved it in an excellent and prompt way. I'll return for sure.

I got the private room with attached bathroom. Spacious and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Great central location.

It was amazing stay! The owner is really nice and gave us a lot of information about the loop, we had double room with bathroom and everything was clean, bed was comfortable and wifi great for working also, you can get delicious breakfast and also dinner, we really enjoyed our stay! It was quiet at night so we slept very well and relaxed after the loop, it was great that we could leave our bags when we went on loop, and the owner also arranged bus tickets for us, so as it says the name of the hostel ' la casa' we felt like at home, thank you!
