Clean, comfortable, quiet, and great value! We really enjoyed staying here as we explored Luang Prabang. Short walk to the old town, waterfront, night market and more. The staff was super nice and accommodating.
The staff are very lovely and cheerful. The room was very nice. The vibes are cool! The location is very convenient.

The staff were very helpful and all of them spoke some amount of English. They arranged a scooter rental (they have to keep your passport at the hotel - we were told it's the law) and a tuk tuk to the airport. They can also do laundry with a one-day turnaround. They don't have breakfast available, but there's free tea and coffee and bananas in the morning, and they have several tables outside to sit at. They lock the gate overnight, but there's always someone at the front desk to help you if you need to get in or out (for example, to watch the monks get alms in the early morning). The location is excellent - close to many things including the night market, but just far enough away from the bustle to be quiet. Everything was clean. The bathroom was small but functional and had no separate space for the shower (no curtain or walls). The shower got nice and hot if you wanted it to.
