Excellent quite country property. Fabulous yard where to relax under an oak tree. New and freshly renovated apartment with wide kitchen and all that is needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts are extremely hospitable. They gave us a ride to Balvi city (6km away) and later back in the middle of the night! That’s what I call - exceeded any expectations!
In a word - everything.
The apartment is in a large house in a small village. Plenty of parking right outside the house. The place is quiet! - I only wish I had more time, would have stayed a week.
The apartment features a fully equipped (and brand-new) kitchen, a bedroom and WC on the ground floor, and a bathroom upstairs. I didn't look for restaurants, but I found several grocery shops a few kilometers away, in a neighbouring village.
The hosts couldn't be more welcoming, and their son speaks excellent Enligh. And I received a present, canned game meat. Delicious.
In short - highly recommended!

Sakopta apkārtne un rūpīgi iekārtotas viesu telpas.
Vieta ir laba, izdevīga, darbs bija Alūksnē, taču atrašanas Kubuļos nebija škērlslis, ceļš labs, 35 min. pieradušam pie Rīgas mērogiem likas pilnīģi pieņemami. Vieta un māja labi sakopta, svaigi izremontēta, visi darbi paveikti ļoti gaumīgi. Valdīja pilnīgs miers un klusums.
