the location is perfect. very close to the local beach.
Close to city center, location is perfect. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. full wall of closets in both bedrooms. we stayed for a month and the storage was great. Modern bathroom and kitchen cabinetry. New kitchen and dining ware. We cooked breakfast only but there is a full oven. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. So close to city center. Neighborhood is quiet and a beautiful walk along the river. A large playground and beach area is a short walk towards the bridge. Dishwasher, Washer and dryer were very convenient. It was cool most days so didn't need the fans. Staff is responsive- they were immediately available on a holiday weekend when I thought i had misplaced the key - but actually had not! Would 100% stay again. Thank you!
Everything was so great! The beds were comfy and there was a lot of closet space and mirrors, the bathroom was clean and spacious. There was coffee in the morning and when i hurt my ankle there was even a first- aid kit and a cold pack. Our stay was really comfortable and relaxing. Will definitely stay again!
Good apartaments, comfortable, clean, silent place, big free parking place, playcourt for children. Good apartments with kids.
City center is few minutes with car
We love Riga and love Kipsala. The apartment is close to the city center and at the same time you feel like in a countryside. Everything is clean, beds are comfortamble and the layout of the apartment is perfect for two families.
