Beyond excellent experience! Communication from the hotel was clear and timely, check-in was clear and I really like the system - no pressure if the drive takes longer or shorter to get there. Room was clean, beds were cozy and comfortable, it was quiet outside for great sleep. I was blown away by the wonderful surprise greeting in celebration of international women's day the hosts had prepared. The breakfast was excellent and we are very grateful for the kindness of staff to make a special arrangement so we can be our best heading into the day. If the event returns to Smiltene, I know where we'll be staying! Thank you!

Very serene location surrounded by the beautiful park. The beds were very comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Everything was cozy and clean.

Wonderful location. There are many attractions around. It's a good place if you want to relax in nature. The breakfast is modest, but quite enough and tasty (it’s just a pity the pancakes were cold). Part of the restaurant is located on the terrace. On the second floor, there is a place where you can drink tea (there is a kettle, tea, cookies) and play board games. There is a bookshelf.

Nice view aroud the hotel. Everything in place whats needed.
