Apartment is on new building and apartment has all amenities plus very clean.

I had an incredible stay at the apartment, thanks to the host's exceptional attention to detail. The place felt like home from the moment I walked in, with everything I needed readily available. The apartment was super clean, tidy, and extremely comfortable.

Location a bit far from the center but easily accessible as there is a tram right outside. But I found it better to stay in this area than in the very center to feel and see how locals live, than being in a place crowded of hotels and touristic apartments. It's also very easy for those who want to go to the beaches - there's a train station just a few meters away. Good supermarket very close too, as well as some good cafes and restaurants. As for check in, everything was very easy. When I opened the door, I felt as welcomed as when I was in a 5-star hotels: bottle of water, biscuits, chocolates and sweets, as well as coffee and tea available. In the bathroom, lots of hygiene products. Good quality towels. Impeccably clean and fragrant bedding. Congratulations to the owners.

Very nice apartment if you want to spend a few days in Riga. The old town was about 3 km away, which is just the right distance for someone who loves to move. In addition, there was a tram stop nearby. The apartment was clean, comfortable and cozy. At first, the noise from the street was a little scary, but at night we slept with the windows open and, incredible, it didn't even bother us. Thank you also for the English instructions and information. It felt like visitors were very welcome.
