Excellent location. Just a few minutes walk to the old town and the bus station. It's a self check-in facility... the instructions from the host were clear and concise. I'm glad that there's a washing machine/dyer in this property, I was able to wash and dry my clothes after weeks of travel. There were good restaurants nearby too.

It is the best choice if you need stay at Riga after the party at Palladium.

Chance to see inside beautiful art-nouveau/jugendstil building, tho sadly decrepit. Hotel is bright modern 2nd floor collection of rooms. Double glazed windows so minimal street noise. Full kitchen & dishes. 2 grocery stores on the same block (also sell bus/tram tickets). Half hour walk to train/bus stations and to old city. Neighborhood is full of art-nouveau/jugendstil buildings. There are no noisy discos in the neighborhood (unlike the old city) and house rules were for quite.
