Superb location: 4 min to the supermarket, 10 min to the museum and old train, 15 min to the beach (or 4 min by car), windows to the park side. You can see the sea from the balcony and beautiful sunsets. While the window is open you can hear birds singing and seagulls, but not loud because this is the 7th floor. I've seen in the comments that somebody had problems with the parking... This sounds strange, there are plenty of places to park the car, even in the late evening. The hostess was very kind and responsive: the broken kettle was replaced in less than 10 min. The description of the facilities is not full: you will find the Internet, refrigerator, microwave owen, hairdryer in the addition. The TV is smart with YouTube, Netflix, etc.

There were everything for staying with family.
In the bathroom not very nice smell - nothing critical, but it was.
The bed clothes were for additional costs .
