All was great. Receptionist girl was welcoming, described everything about the hotel. Room was clean, bathroom as well. Bed was comfortable, and we had a fridge in the room, that was nice. Breakfast was good well.
Friendly staff, large rooms, clean, great location and well sorted breakfast = you cannot go wrong!!

We were upgraded to a bungalow and it was gorgeous! Everything looked new and it was a very peaceful one night stay. Breakfast was wonderful. It wasn't included in the booking but we were able to pay separately when we arrived. It was a short walk to the cable car, places to eat, walking stick park, Sigulda New Castle and the Castle of the Livonian Order. It was only a twenty minute walk to the the bobsleigh track, but we drove there on our way out of town because it was a hot day and there was a lot of walking at the track if you wanted to walk alongside it.
It was a perfect stay and I wish we were there longer. I would definitely recommend Villa Vanilla!
