Communication with the accommodation owner was excellent. The apartment is in a great location, very close to the train station, but also close to all the main attractions in the city center.
I stayed before so I returned as it is so close to the opera and old town, less than 10 minutes walk. Aleksandrs is a very good landlord and contactable all the time. The city heating was late switching on, so he immediately brought a heater which warmed very well. It is very quiet and comfortable, fast wifi and TV and coffee machine. Constant hot water and a washing machine.
Perfect location, within walking distance to all the main sightseeing attractions and many restaurants and bars. Enjoyed being able to regulate the temperature in the room. The apartment is very clean and quite cozy, despite its size, there is everything you need for a rest.

Easy check-in, it was well detailed.
We loved the location. The shopping center of the city, the farmer's market, many restaurants, cafes are within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment has everything you need. The windows overlook the backyard, so it's quiet there. On weekends it can be a bit noisy until 11 o'clock.
Communication with the owner is fast. We had full and timely information.
