This place was superb. About 20 mins tram from centre. They have a full kitchen, spacious room, spotlessly clean, quiet and peaceful. Host was very good with instructions on everything.

The whole place looks like it was recently renovated. Everything is in good condition. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with all the necessary things (even a hairdryer). The space was functionally divided and comfortable (big bed, big shower). Minimal design but I found it quite cozy.
Location has a great connection to the city center (12-15 minutes by bus or tram). There is a supermarket nearby.
Seemed to be totally new. Everything was clean, linens and towels nice, just enough dishes for 2 people, bed big, big fridge, windows with loads of light, l like the laundry room in the basement as well.
Es war unkompliziert, sauber und die Kommunikation war sehr gut.
