We were offered a better room without any additional costs. Staff was very caring and friendly. Food quality exceeded expectations, for example, on regular days breakfast can be ordered from the menu (included in the room price).
The hotel is exceptional. Clean, comfortable, very warm and nice. The staff is very nice and forthcoming - they offered to prepare us breakfast boxes even if we could not make it to the breakfast. And breakfast was just perfect. Definitely a place to come back to.
The receptionist went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my stay, even accommodating changes to my schedule. It was one of the most attentive and caring hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you!

I can not stress this enough - staff is very friendly and helpful. We were offered room upgrade and a place to leave our bikes. Room had everything we need after a long trip. Restaurant working hours are convenient.
