Хорошее расположение, парковка во дворе, наличие запасных полотенец и постельного белья, наличие посуды, удобное заселение, наличие фена, утюга, стиральной машинки, средства для посуды и губки для мытья посуды, чая и кофе. Хороший WiFi, большой телевизор. Тканевый диван, а не кожаный (как на фото).
