We loved our stay here, the apartment was clean and beautiful, and fantastically located (very short walk away from everything, and right next to the lift that saves you an uphill walk) the staff were always on hand with quick responses and eager to help us with anything. The online portal is great, smooth check in and check out and the videos were really helpful pre-empting any questions we may have had. Staff also sent a message checking that we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything they could do part way through, giving us an opportunity to reach out if we had needed to.
Amazing location, a really cute flat right at the Grund with fantastic bars and restaurants nearby. Very close to the free elevator that takes you from the Grund to the Ville Haute, so super convenient to the city. Also right near the bus stop to the Gare Central train station so easy there too. The flat is well equipped for the long term with a washing machine and a usable kitchen (induction hob+++).
