The property was very clean and spacious. Good value for money and the tenants where very helpful and friendly.
Location, the pool,the air conditioning . The apartment had an excellent kitchen and it was cosy throughout.balconies on both floors overlooking the pool area which was well kept and swimming pool was regularly cleaned and lovely to swim in natural water not sea water or chlorineated water. Enabling a good relaxing holiday with many restaurants within walking distance.
Magnifique appartement en duplex très moderne doté de 2 terrasses, climatisation, dans une très belle résidence avec gardien (les concierges sont très sympas et toujours souriants) Parking privé couvert (appréciable avec cette chaleur) Vue sur la piscine
(traitement naturel) .
On voit que la propriétaire a tenu compte des points d'amélioration qui étaient cités dans les précédents commentaires car tout était parfait. Elle a pu nous aider par téléphone à régler la TV et à fait intervenir rapidement un technicien pour une des climatisations. La résidence est proche du bazar de Grand baie et du super U. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir dans ce logement dans lequel nous avons passé un mois avec ma sœur.
La localisation est top, c’est calme et la piscine naturelle est agréable
Très jolie résidence sécurisée avec des gardiens très gentils et serviables.
