I can continue for a long time, but I think that is enough. Conclusion - if you are not afraid of physical labor and are patient then this motel may be suitable for you. If you are not against the fact that the motel rents rooms for 1 hour to drug addicts and prostitutes, then this dump will suit you. If you do not mind that 100% of the description of the motel on the site is a blatant lie and are willing to pay for living in a dumpster - this is the place for you. The only true information on the motel site is that you will not get your money back under any circumstances.
