Our stay was most peaceful and enjoyable - Valerie and Andre warmly welcomed us with fresh fruit juice from their garden upon arrival. We had a very comfortable stay, in a lush location on the high grounds, surrounded by trees and an ocean view. With so many fruit trees, we could easily watch the local and adorable Rodrigues flying foxes from the balcony every evening at dusk.
The kitchen was well stocked (oil, sugar, salt, among other basics), with all the utensils you might need to cook your meals as we did for the most part. Not far from Mont Lubin (~10 min walk) and Port Mathurin (by bus, bus stop is right in front) for groceries. They also offered laundry services for a fee.
We were lucky to enjoy Valerie's bread and jams and even took some with us onward to our next destination on the island. Highly recommend!

On peut difficilement faire plus chaleureux et convivial. Valérie et André sont d’une gentillesse incroyable. Ils font tout pour nous mettre à l’aise et pour que notre séjour dans le studio au Havre Gourmand se déroule parfaitement. C’était mon cas.
Les gâteaux et confitures confectionnés sur place sont très bons.
Il est possible de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place les jours où la boutique est ouverte (sauf le jeudi et le dimanche). Pour le repas du soir possible également de commander des bons plats comme à la Kaz auprès de Lineda qui travaille avec Valérie.
Bref je recommande à 200%.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce lieu très agréable entouré d'arbres, à proximité d'un arrêt de bus pour pouvoir se déplacer facilement. Nous nous sommes régalés avec les excellentes brioches et confitures de Valérie et les plats faits maison livrés le soir. Valérie et toute l'équipe sont très chaleureux et d'une très grande gentillesse, toujours prêts à rendre service.
Un accueil au top, le studio est confortable, André et Valérie sont aux petits soins pour que votre séjour se passe le mieux possible ! Vous voulez faire une excursion, ils ont un contact! Vous voulez louer une voiture? Ils ont un contact! N'hésitez pas non plus à prendre le petit déjeuner sur place, un véritable plaisir!
