I always stay here since 2016. I don’t remember that I had an issue so far.
The location is great.
The room was very spacious n had great view on kl. from 36th floor. Kitchen, bathroom well equipped. I got extra towels when I asked. Staff very friendly n helpful
It was amazing stay...everything was excellent water was always hot for a warm shower or bath, bathroom was huge with a big bathtub, view was nice out to the city and Kg Baru, bed was incredibly big and comfortable even the floors was squeaky clean as well as a fully functional kitchen area with extra bathroom (I got upgraded by the kind and helpful host Mr Hadi) and it also came with good wifi and Netflix connections...makeup and luggage area was perfect and there was also a huge desk for work purposes...mrt station is a short walk away, there is KK mart down near the lobby and parking was ample and very safe...never had the chance to try the pool but will do next time...my to go place to stay wherever I'm in Kuala Lumpur...thank you Mr Hadi for your kindness and help.
