I was less satisfied when there was a slight problem, namely the access card did not work when checking in to the house, but with the help of the management, the house in Ampang was changed to Petaling. I am very satisfied with the management who was very caring and responsible in resolving the issue.
We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was a very comfy and cozy experience. The place isn’t too big, but it’s perfect for a group of 5 people. I especially loved the smooth and hassle-free service the check-in and check-out process was easy to understand and efficient. Keep up the great service!
Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d love to come back!
