We loved the very unique building, the many antiques throughout the residence, and the location. Also, the staff was ready to meet us when we arrived and ensured a parking spot was available.
Excellent location in the centre of Malacca. Parking was provided and was convenient to the location. Quirky and interesting place to stay. Breakfast was very good and the hosts were attentive and helpful.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful. Breakfast has many delicious items to sample.
If you'd like to stay inside of a piece of history - with antiques around you and a vibe that brings you back over a few hundred years...well then this is place for you. The photos don't do justice - the place is quite a bit nicer in reality. This is a small boutique hotel so service is personable and it feels almost like you're staying at someone's house.
The breakfast is super - it gives you a very good introduction to nyonya/baba (Peranakan) breakfasts...and honestly I'd find it hard to find similar on the streets of Malacca (probably cause I don't know where).
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
The location is fantastic if you want to be in the heart of Malacca town and near the various historic sights/museums.
