Celcom Digi signal is only available in certain spots. I could not contact the caretaker, but the kind man in the guardhouse called him and we soon got our keys and access.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The apartment was clean, with lots of space. Very nice balcony. A lot of plates, cups, pots, utensils for cooking and dining.

The apartment was very well renovated and the view was great (depends on which floor you are on). We loved the nature and scenery from the balcony (sound of birds greeting you first thing in the morning). Complimentary scones were a nice touch.

The swing in the balcony is awesome! But wasted it was raining and it's wet thereafter.

Bukit Fraser is such a gem. It doesn't get the attention of Genting or Cameron Highlands but this is precisely what makes it so special. The drive up to the hill may be challenging but you will be rewarded with great tranquility and wonderful environment. There are a number of hiking trails to explore and good food options. Biodiversity is amazing here. A great place for nature lovers.
