-They upgraded our stay without additional charges-- which we are very grateful.
- House was super nice and comfortable with water filter/ dispensary (Super love)
- fans & air-conditioning functioned well
- gated & guarded community, even the guards are friendly & helpful
The host was responsive and helpful. It's important to remember this is a homestay, so expectations for service should be aligned accordingly. However, the rate was fantastic value. I found this accommodation to be much better than budget hotels in the same area that I've previously paid over RM200 per night for.
The host very responsive. Instructions for check in and checkout very clear. Property is clean!
The facilities, environment and safety are very good.
The location is very good, house is clean, host also provide toys for kids to play with. Very convenient for family and recommended for family trip because very near with roundabout Meru@Ipoh
