The cleanliness, location, floor level love the 8th floor, customer service. And no ghost
Price lower than other place. Basic facilities is complete. Got stand fan (plus points). Akan datang semula untuk book.

the location nearer shopping area, many shop lot, many parking, the house very clean and comfortable for family.
