The location, with many eating outlets. The staff members are approachable, esp mr Mcmagen who made an effort to lend us 2 umbrellas, and mr Li Hong who help me solve my wifi problems.
It is a simple hotel but it met my requirements. The room was very spacious giving us so much of space to get dressed for a function. We had water heater problem but it was immediately attended to. The staff were also very hospitable and helpful. There were ample free parking available. There are lots of eateries in the vicinity.
I like the payment method. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is very good. Easy to get all my fav food. Food is also available till night.
Staffs handled my check in and check out very fast.

Suite-rooms are ideal for families, travelling with children
Dining room w 6chairs. Could order yummy, local food from Grab Delivery and dined in.
A study room(with only a ceiling fan. BUT, dusty, when the fan was turned on)
Grab ride to Queensbay Mall was only RM11. 10mins drive.
The location is great. Various eateries around. You wouldn't go hungry or thirsty.
