The staff is amazing. We had a problem getting to the airport. Every driver from Grab was requesting more money. They first accepted the order when we got into a car they said we need to pay extra, sometimes even 50% more than the original price. One of the staff, helped us tremendously. He gave us a contact for a local driver who took us to the airport. We were in a rush, so it saved us. Just bear in mind that Grab drivers in Semporna are scammers.
We are from India and this is our first visit to Sabah in East Malaysia. Casa casa was the best option we made for our stay in Semporna island. The hotel was very neat, well maintained, affordable, very near to jetty area as well as all food places, hospital and shops, offered best service and yummy breakfast from their nearby cafe (secawan cafe).
Mr. Bob was very kind, courteous and polite. He helped us with our island tours as well as our cab to airport which was hassle free and super convenient for us. He answered all our queries with a lot of patience.
The unlimited coffee option was icing on cake for a tired day (which we have to make).
There are 2 parts in 2 buildings. The one we stayed at I believe is better. It’s in the building behind the one with the office. It was clean, nice, comfortable. There was a helpful attendant there all night. The breakfast cafe is lovely
Clean, convenient, nice staff. I appreciated their help arranging for an early take-away breakfast!
Huge place for solo travellers. Clean toilets. Fully furnish toilets. No mineral water bottles but instead filtered water dispensers. Near to a lot of shops and food areas.
