Meals may be limited during Ramadan., Couples checking into the same room must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked., All guests are required to comply with the SOP and Rules and Regulations of the Building Management to protect our residents and visitors during the pandemic.
As a requirement for check-in, please prepare a valid document such as a work letter or consent letter from the company to travel for work during PPN Phase 2 / (MITI or police permit) for your visit before arrival and present it upon registration.
All guests must complete 14 days period after 2nd dose vaccine. Customers must be aware of the requirements and shall bear full responsibility and cost in anything unforeseen circumstances. Do not hesitate to contact the Host for any queries.
The property does not have a 24-hour reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. The property will not be responsible if guests cannot get access after 6:00 PM. No refund will be given for any late check-out or unsuccessful check-in due to late arrival.
