The staff and the many toilets + the location to go anywhere with public transportation.
The flat is really well. Good furniture, big room, and bathroom. The location is also really good, about 15 min walking to Petronas Towers.
Hasan is really nice host, very kind

The property was clean compared to others of the same price. The manager is also helpful, kind, and friendly. I was able to use the swimming pool and also do my laundry.
I booked some days in another hotel with a sky pool, but when check-in I found out that it was not clean enough, so I canceled the booking and returned back to Comfy + by ARH KLCC.
