Spacious room, helpful staff, and a very central location. The buffet breakfast was great as well (perhaps a few dishes could be improved) but overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

Location is perfect, close to Bakit Nana's station (monorail). Also the most important landmarks like KL tower and Petronas towers are at walkable distance. Breakfast was just amazing with so much variety for veg and non-veg food, you just can't eat all of those varieties of food and beverage. Kudos to the staff who managed this area, handling so many guests at a time.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff were genuinely nice and welcoming. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. While the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, it was decent enough for a short stay. The hotel’s location was excellent, most places we needed were within walking distance, which was very convenient during our business trip.

The room I booked was spacious with a nice view. Breakfast was very good, with multiple cuisines to choose from. The location of the hotel was excellent, with a number of restaurants at walking distance. The Petronas Twin Tower was 10 minuite walk from the hotel. The concierge desk was also very helpful.

Location is great - city center with all the attractions and cafes nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful - we had a very long and exhausting flight and they arranged an early check in for us. The pool area looks cozy.
