I like the room and amenities. Satisfied for payment
We originally booked a family room with two double beds. When we requested that one of the double beds be replaced with two single beds, they fulfilled our request by upgrading us to two adjoining rooms for no extra cost.
Beds are comfy, aircond is adequate, bathrooms are reasonably clean. There was a water purifier just outside our hotel room which saved us the money of buying bottled water from stores.
Staff was also very helpful and quick to respond. They were kind enough to let us check out late when we were held up at the Langkawi cable cars.
