First of all, the location. If you’re visiting Penang for medical trip, especially to Gleneagles Hospital this location is perfect for it is only next door. Going back and forth even in between doctor appointments won’t be a problem at all. Second, amenities are sufficient for long stay, very clean and tidy, everything you need is there. And the view!! My my, sunrise and sunsets on any clear day are just nicely on sight. You can see Penang city with its mountain as background. 10/10
