Staff who communicate well and are ready to answer any questions. Clean and comfortable rooms. Peaceful and cozy atmosphere.
Immediate respond from host. Easy to deal with. We got upgraded apartment which was a pleasant surprise. Another surprise was complimentary scones which was delicious. Final pleasant surprise was we got extended time for check-out, so we got extra time to go for hiking. Overall a very good stay.
I love everything about my holiday. Very calm, cool weather. I can go for a walk and trail.
Clean, well located apartment. Water pressure for shower was good. Host was very responsive when we had a small incident at the apartment.
Apartment is a bit old, but well compensated with very clean beddings (sparkling white bedsheets and comforters), good mattresses and pillows.
Overall, we had a good time during our stay.
We were told there was no wifi and we needed to bring a laptop to watch shows when we booked the unit. To our surprise, there was wifi and there was a smart tv. We were so happy!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Silverpark is a well maintained and beautiful apartments. The unit that we were given was also clean and comfortable.
