clean room, smart tv in the room, quiet air conditioner, nice room and comfortable.
Great location near to UTM, shops and laundromat. The area was not very busy and parking was easy. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staffs were friendly. Good value for money..
Chose Hako as it was the closest hotel to my university for my graduation at an affordable price point. For a family of 7, Id say its worth my money. Not only that, the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful in my enquiries. As for the rooms, upon first entry, it was clean and organized. Overall, my family and I had a great time at Hako Hotel.
Room is clean, complete with amenities. Quite spacious for 1 single bed and 1 queen bed. Easy check in, staffs are nice.
Staff is friendly, check in was easy, room was ready with basic facilities but good quality: bed is comfortable, bedsheets and towels are clean, hot water works well, aircon ok, family room was quite big with table, chair dan dressing wardrobe. They provide simple breakfast: coffee, tea, milo, water, filtered drinking water, bread-butter-jam and the toaster, as well as half-boiled egg for all guests. Good to go before morning activities.
