We went during mother's day weekend and the resort was full to the brim. Staff was able to manage the crowd and we did not face much waiting times. Location next to the water park was amazing. Walk to the beach at a nearby resort was also convenient. Pool restaurant was great. Room sizes are great. Balcony was a big plus.
The room & bedrooms all very nice, balcony can see nice view & nice facilities, gym then night time can enjoy liveband . Easy to check in & check out ... suitable for family holiday stay.
Overall about my stay was good experience.The food n the staffs were all very friendly n had good hospitality attitude.
The most outstanding service/performance is from ah chong@hilmi and his teams.he served his guests without biase n treated the equally...this is the team to be recognised n be appreciated for their job that they carried out to bring the imaged of the hotel statues.shoutout to them....
Wide spread of breakfast choice and friendly staffs
Staff are really friendly and helpful! I checked out left my denim jacket in the hotel room.
My hubby whatsapp the hotel staff and they responded promptly and arranging the courier to be delivered to my home in SG.
