Quick response from the Plush team via whatsapp. I had issues with Netflix and also the washing machine, but these were quickly resolved. Parking was also easy on level 5. Street level was already at level 2, so didn't have to go too many rounds to get to the parking lot.
Swimming pool was huge and beautiful like resort hotels. There was a shopping mall walking distance. There were many places to eat around. Location was pretty convenient.
Unlike units operated by the other company/host, this has less hassle during check-in. Everything was smooth and quick. Also, the host is responsive, helpful and flexible in accommodating my request.
New, fully equipped, two king size bed. Also it’s highly secured.
the apartment is comfortable & has the best view especially during night.
I will repeat this apartment again if I visit KL next time.
