I LIKE LIVING HERE,BECAUSE I WANT TO FIND A RESTAURANT ,EASY TO FIND AREA...
The location was a bit far. But the views were great and definitely faster taxis and you have so many eateries around the block and a mall too a cab's ride away. definitely worth the stay and we might come back! :)
The unit is one of the cleanest house we've stayed so far for in JB. I was able to walk around the house with my feet flat on the floor. Others house we've stay, the floor was a little sticky and dusty that I have to walk with the side of my feet. The house has minimal furniture hence the living and dining area is a bit more spacious.
The location is about 10-15min drive to Aeon Mall, IKEA, Lotus and Toppen. The adventurous park is walking distance of about 10 mins. Has food/eateries nearby too. Location is pretty good.
Overall facilities good. However can improve for 2nd room which actually was not a bed but a queen mattress japanese style but time for upgrade.
The apartment very clean. Super duper clean with minimalist concept. The safety is great. The swimming pool water is clean and great, not much chlorine. All facilties are ok, very ok. I will repeat to stay here in future.
