Across the street from a great waterfront walkway. Surrounded by several interesting shops and restaurants. Close to a mall and museums.

Location was excellent, just opposite the river, near to a shopping mall yet in the center of the old town with many eateries around the corner. We liked the communality of the hostel: the availability of a hot water fountain on our floor and common kitchen on the first floor with plenty of space to sit. The interior is beautiful and cozy, with eye for tradition and the beauty of the structure. A staff member helped us organizing transportation to Singkawan.

Just need to walk across the street to see the waterfront.

Morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the river, Good-natured staff, amazing hand-carved wooden furniture throughout created an old world vibe. Quiet, even during Chinese new year.

The location is within walking distance from the Borneo Cultural Museum and Sarawak River. Many eating places are nearby including shopping malls. The place has unique vintage vibes and the counter staff are ever helpful. Overall we had a fun and enjoyable stay.
