Location is wonderful. Easy access to food markets

Great value for a 2BR suite when booked on booking.com. Spacious and clean, with a good location in between street markets and walking distance to Komtar bus station.

It looks antique outside but very modern and comfy inside. The whole suite is spacious with one king size bed in 1 bedroom and queen size in the other. The building is naturally cold too, just like typical old building. It's clean and has many amenities just like an apartment does. Staffs are friendly and helpful, they confirm our arrival time beforehand so we don't have to wait for check-in; self check-out is easy too. Great location, of a walking distance to Lebuh Cecil Market, some famous restaurants, and grocery shop (Village Grocer at 1st Avenue Mall). The window soundproofing is not so good but the road itself gets quiet during the night so we have a pleasant sleep. Overall, it's a great stay

Very homely setting. Like that the entrance is directly accessible to the street.

It has all the necessary facilities. The kitchenette and washer/dryer was a huge plus for me. The bedroom and living area is spacious and comfortable as well.
