The counter people are sweet and very helpful. The facilities are good.. The room are clean and comfortable.. The place overall felt very safe and secure so it won't be a problem if you're planning on a solo stay especially for women.

Loved this hotel, small but very clean & helpful staff especially Steve on reception. Road can be bit noisy if you are light sleeper ask to go at back of hotel. Mokka cafe lovely place for brekkie, the Japanese food stunning especially the ringit one.. Great shopping mall pavilion bukit 20mins walk through the beautiful park opposite the hotel. Free bus service to the metro muhibbia best one to get into down town. Just do the open Top tourist bus don't bother with private tour! I had nightmare! Mokka hotel is great place to stay when you first arrive! Thank you Steve
