I was very satisfied with this accommodation. Everything was clean and in good condition. Communication and check-in were smooth and trouble-free. The room was also quiet (except for the last day when a concert or event was being set up nearby). Wi-Fi worked without any issues. The location offers decent access to the monorail and public transport, which made getting around the city easy.

Easy check in and check out. Cash payment. Beside to Quill City Mall. Very private residence with only card access. The homestay was spacious and clean, provided with 2 mineral bottles, got free parking, and easy access to lift. I didn't have time to explore the facilities, perhaps during my next visit. Thank you

Location is the best. Management super. Cleaning OK, no issues. Building is somehow new. View from apartment was really great, 34 floor. 2 wi-fi hotspots :) Shopping center and food court at -2 floor same building, as well as monorail station.

Great view, good location. The room is very clean. The apartment has all the amenities that made my trip enjoyable. The host Hossain is a very nice person who treats the guests with friendliness which impressed me.

This is my first time at Quill Residence. The location is good. Very nice apartment. There is a nice shopping mall and train station which makes the trip more enjoyable. I will come again.
