I love the property and have stayed here before. It’s amazing good and good food.
Everything as expected. Nice location, room is clean, hotel is comfortable for family stay.
Everything was nice..the ambiance so peaceful... But too much crowded people at swimming pool area..
Hotel is in a great location within 10 mins walking distance from Suria KLCC. Bukit Nenas monorail station is just across the road if you want to head towards Bukit Bintang instead which is 2 stops away.
We got the Bay Room which offered ample space for the family and I during our stay. The swimming pool and play area was definitely the main draw for kids and grown ups alike!
The staff were extremely courteous and more than happy to tend to your requirements.
The restaurant was fantastic. We went for their famous seafood buffet which was very good value! We were so glad we opted for it!
From the start of my stay till the end, the staffs was always ready to assist all my needs. It was prompt and quick to attend to every single needs. Renaissance didn't have any delays in providing my requests. The service is world class. Truly left an impression on me.
