During my first time stayed here, At 9pm I did ask about extra bed n I said I would like to have it but not sure about the quantity. And guess what, they are no staff around at 11pm (they are all go back home) n they don't even bother to ask me back about the extra bed before they go back. And during my check out time at 8am in the next morning, no staff available at reception for me to take the deposit. And they don't even following up with me with the deposit money. I come back to stay for second time, then only I get the deposit back. I love the place , but the service is really disappointing me. Maybe the management could do something about this. Makesure staff come in early or atleast have 1 staff to stay all night in case the visitor have any queries.
