Great people - the owner is very supportive and the reception team fully cooperates with guest
Really stylish apartment and hotel common zones facilities) I've stayed at the same hotel but another owner before and this one rocks! Also like communication with the owner. Early check-in is also possible by request.
Everything else is just nice for us. Super fast and easy check in and check out with the receptionist at the lobby, helpful and friendly staff. Most of the communications were went through booking.com chat with the owner, very responsive and they are trying to meet all the reasonable request. Good location, walking distance to KLCC twin tower. It's definitely a pleasant stay.
Walking distance to KLCC and Saloma Bridge. Food nearby. Mart just at lobby with reasonable price.
