Ethan greeted us and took us to the apartment which blew our minds! Exceeded expectations. Ethan treated us to a bottle of wine and snacks for our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. The apartment was exceptionally clean and came with all amenities - the washing machine/dryer was super helpful! The views across the whole apartment were beautiful and the balcony overlooks the harbour and market which was really cool. Ethan was so friendly and accommodating, even when my partner had to run back for his shoes which he'd left behind after check-out and lock-code changes! Massage chair, great addition.

Great cozy apartment in downtown KK with a beautiful view of the sea. Ethan was a very gracious host - he picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for a very reasonable fee, and he very kindly waived the deposit fee when I completely forgot about it! The apartment is a very short walk from markets and good restaurants.

The apartment is superb. Everything is brand new and very comfortable. The bed is super nice. AC is in the bedroom and in the living room. There is a smart washing machine, kitchen fully equipped with water filter and even the iron. Ethan is amazing. He picked us from the airport even though our flight was just before midnight . He also drove us back to the airport. He helped us organise some tours. When we arrived some cold drinks were waiting for us, as well as some hot drinks and instant soups. The view is breathtaking especially the sunset. Location is excellent and shops.and restaurants are all around. P.S all photos on the web are 100% real!

I love everything about this property. It is a brand new property with new facility such as washing machine. Smart TV was also provided and our host has given free access to Disney Hotstar+. Good wifi connectivity, great view! Swimming Pool is also available to use. Free amenities such as indoor slipper, refrigerator, kitchen utensils (also got cooking oil, spices, mee cup and toiletries). I am impressed with the hospitality provided the host. Definitely will come back again!
