1. Affordable budget hotel at SS2 Petaling Jaya with security.
2. A few convenience stores are available in the neighborhood.
3. Good room size. Acceptable room soundproof level. Have space to perform prayer (Kiblat direction provided).
4. Acceptable clean room with comfy bed, pillow, and mattresses.
5. Acceptable clean bathroom & toilet. Good water heater shower and towel provided.
6. Hot water & cold water dispensers are available on each floor for drinking.
