Eventho its under renovation the staff belly boy especially still makes sure to bring your luggages to the room. The staff was so friendly, the hotel is clean, new room new deco! Loveee our stay

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Overall, a pleasant experience!

We ate roti canai and nasi lemak just at some nearby stall just a walking distance away from the front entrance, it was great. My kids enjoy playing at the pools, we are having a great moment at the private Berserah Beach compound, building sand castle, enjoying the splashing wave of the sea, night time there is a fire show which is the best and only show for half an hour started at 830pm on the beach. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Night time we choose to go out to pampered ourselves with local seafood.. PAK SU seafood restaurant (6mins drive from the hotel). their crab paste in a crab shell is a MUST TRY item which are really delicious and special with affordable price (around RM20 per piece , we order 4 pieces for 5 of us). total bill about RM200++ with 1kg of steam fresh Crab, 4 pieces of Crab paste, rice, tasty lala soup, big grouper fish, 3 huge coconuts drinks..

The bed is very comfortable. Room is clean n well renovated / upgraded. Keep it up. Unfortunately i have no chance to try breakfast / dinner. Should have offer us during check in time

Nice room and friendly staff. Great location, nearby restaurants/cafes. You can order via grab as well. Nice beach, clean. Good breakfast especially Nasi Lemak. Kids room quite spacious.
