Great location. The room is clean. Check in was easily after deposit paid and acknowledged the agreement. Wifi is fast. Overall satisfied!
Love the location. Although the theme of the room was just sticker decorations on walls, it was nice to have the Totoro theme as it got the family excited with some photos taking when we first reached. There was a bin room with chute (although some other users just dumped rubbish in the bin room) where we managed to clear some food waste instead of leaving it for the host.
Its not too bad, the only inconvenient was getting the key from the letterbox as it is small. Other then that the house is very comfortable n clean.
Instructions provided were very clear. Also the security guard at property was very friendly to tell us the location of the mailboxes.
The location is very strategic as the shopping centres e.g. Komtar and City Square are just situated at the street next to the premise. Besides, the well known Jalan Tan Hiok Nee is just within 5-10 minutes walk.
