The shared rooms were very clean and very quiet. The bed was SO comfortable! Access to the shared lounge/working area & pool were a really nice perk. The bathrooms were clean and spacious AND hair styling tools were provided. You can get a new towel any time you want to swap which is really nice when you are staying more than a couple days. The location also felt very central to all the activities I did while in KL. I will definitely come back here if I am in KL again.

This was my first hostel experience and I was satisfied with the level of privacy I could still enjoy. The shared bathroom facility was very spacious and clean as well. The internet was more or less dependable and the front desk was accommodating to ensure I was issued access/a bed as soon as possible, even though my flight arrived way before check-in hours. The location is also amazing and incredibly convenient, especially if you are shopping or using public transport.

It is very convenient, right in the bustling area of KL. It was clean, the capsules were nice, had hair dryers in bathrooms and there was a pool. The stuff was always really helpful. As a solo female traveler I had a really good experience.

Clean towels and dental kids were provided with separate footwear for indoors. Breakfast was provided daily so that allowed you to save up some money on food. The location is very ideal because it is in the heart of KL with easy access to malls, restaurants in Bukit Bintang. The hostel is located within a mall on 5th floor so you can also go for shopping anytime. Hair dryer and iron is also provided along with other kitchen amenities in case you wish to bring the food from outside. This is a very clean and beautiful hostel (they also have private rooms). The location can't be beaten as it's right in the centre of Bukit Bintang (inside the shopping Mall Farenheit). The hostel has breakfast included and a big rooftop swimming pool. There is also a kitchen with a microwave. And a huge library! They clean all the time and staff is always on site.
