The room is great, clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable and the shower is great. Felix and Layla and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great restaurant and lounge bar. Kuching is a really interesting city, especially the downtown district, lots of bars, restaurants and shops

A very clean hotel. Nice location. Very good staffs. I requestes for a quieter room which they entertained. Depending on the number of guest, if the occupancy if too low, the buffet will be converted to ala carte, but the food is still good.

Great hotel. Good value for money. Nice people. There was some loud music outside at night, not sure what that was ...

Everyone from Bong Ah, Misman, and Aziz who always greeted you when leaving or arriving to Layla and Nur plus 2 gents at the front desk who were spot on for fulfilling every request to Audra the server were great. A wonderful group of young people working inside, anxious to please, on their way up the ladder. The food for breakfast was made to order whatever you wanted. The room was spacious and quiet. We had a street side room which was pleasant.
