Very clean and comfortable with functional AC. The bathroom was clean and the shower was spacious. The staff was very friendly and check-in was quick and easy.

The hotel have limited parking space, some got covered roof , very convenient Luckily we came in not in peak periods to get the car park lot. The Coway Water Filter Machine at each floor is provided convenient us to refill the water if needed.

Accessibility thru using Grab App to reach a certain place and order food. Prompt housekeeping and pleasant staff. Penang Tourism pamphlets are ready as guides on where best to go. Love the Netflix availability and that is thumbs for me. Thanks.

Everything - from the ample parking space to the service and the rooms. It’s my second time staying here between a span of two weeks. Noise: It can be noisy for some when people are walking back to their rooms or upstairs move things around their room or when the nearby mosque prayers start in the early morning hours. Room: The blinds are not black out but since I’m a light sleeper and need absolute dark and silence, I bring my ear plugs and eye mask everywhere so I’m alright. Bathroom: Read some reviews and came prepared twice- brought my own hand soap and soap bar and hairdryer since I like my own. A bit over the top but we brought detergent to clean the cups as well. Hotel provides body wash and shampoo. Water: There is a water dispenser by the elevator on each floor. Super convenient! Location: We walked less than 10 mins to the next street to Q for the Siam Road char kuey teow but if you walked further you’ll be in the foodie area.
